Pileus Clouds.  

These clouds are typically thin and wispy, with their vibrant colors caused by the diffraction of sunlight by tiny crystals within the cloud. Pileus clouds usually form above cumulus or cumulonimbus clouds. They are relatively rare and are a beautiful natural phenomenon.
