Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa, also known as Richard Hernandez, is a transgender woman who has undergone extreme body modifications to transform herself into a dragon-like creature.

Eva Tiamat 55, was born born a man in Maricopa county, Arizona and now lives in Bruni, Texas. She has undertaken a series of surgeries and body alterations to embody her identity as a dragon.

Her modifications include the removal of her nose and ears, green eye tattoos, and sclera staining to create a reptilian appearance. Additionally, she has horn implants on her forehead, a bifurcated tongue, sharpened teeth, and various implants on her chest to enhance her dragon-like look.

Tiamat’s inspiration comes from her deep desire to distance herself from human societal norms and embrace a mythical dragon persona. “I am proud to do what I’m doing,” she says. “I’m not ashamed of what I am.” Her transformation journey has attracted significant attention online, sparking a mix of fascination, admiration, and controversy. Reflecting on her journey, Tiamat shares, “I am a transspecies reptilian and I see my transformation as part of my spiritual and physical evolution.”
